This year we’d like to introduce you to some of our student pilots - people from many backgrounds coming together to make their dream in aviation come true. Meet @flywithrobert - a student pilot here at @airbalticpilotacademy who joined us together with Group 5 earlier this year. “I fell in love with aviation after my first flight at the age of 4. I remember seeing small houses and cars right after takeoff and I couldn’t imagine you could actually get to see these views on daily basis and get paid for it, but as I have discovered later – you actually can! Later on I got my first encyclopaedia which had a Boeing 747 blueprint in it and every time I saw it I imagined that one day I would be at the controls of one. Gradually I have developed my knowledge in the aviation field and at the age of 16 I had started to search for pilot schools. I have considered many European flight schools and finally decided to apply to the airBaltic pilot academy as the academy offered high standards, financing, excellent career opportunities and modern training equipment. My family has been very supportive despite the fact that I am the first in my family interested in aviation. My advice for the ones who have the spark, but lack courage is to apply, because believing is achieving!” By the way - Roberts is doing a Q&A today, so feel free to ask him anything about becoming a pilot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #airbalticpilotacademy #airBalticTraining #ATPL #ATPLstudent #pilotacademy #pilottraining #atpltraining #airbaltic #flightschool #aviation #pilot #pilotlife #instagramaviation #cadetpilot #flightschool ...
